Summary: Supports the branch in providing a clean, safe and welcoming environment during COVID-19. This is a temporary position. Hours per week may vary. Masks are required while performing job duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greets customers and manages traffic flow during high volume times in both the drive-thru, lobby and overflow outside of the branch.
Maintains the facilities cleanliness by wiping down drive through tube canisters, buttons, door handles and high traffic areas throughout the branch.
Provides exceptional customer service. Meets and strives to exceed the standards established and outlined by management.
Complies with the Privacy and Customer Data Protection Policy by maintaining customer confidence. Protects Bank operations by keeping information confidential and secure at all times.
Adheres to all Bank policies and procedures and all local, state, and federal statutory regulations.
Completes all Bank required training.

Experience and Skills
Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand or walk constantly (for up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet).
Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel.
Ability to work in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain or heat.
