Responsibilities

The Branch Administrator provides support to branch personnel and corporate operations.

• Reports daily payroll and GPS summary

• Prepares work order invoices for billing customers

• Following guidelines for customer's specific billing needs and requirements

• Reports all billing totals daily

• Creates purchase orders and receives vendor invoices

• Identifies invoice inconsistencies and incorrect charges

• Supports senior management team and technicians

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3+ years of office administration experience.

• Relevant industry experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction is highly preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new software

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with strong attention to detail

• Able to work between several computer programs simultaneously

• Adaptable to change
