Branch Administrative and Production Support

JOB SUMMARY

Perform various responsibilities related to the reception of callers and visitors. Provide close administrative support to the Production Department, Sales, Customer Service, Administration, Purchasing and Accounting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data entry into P21 and Spectrum specifically focused on the returns creation and closing processes

  • Purchasing support expediting North Carolina orders with vendors and recording notes in P21 and Spectrum

  • Reception duties, including processing incoming calls, greeting visitors with a professional attitude and announcing them, and processing incoming mail (open, sort and route)

  • Process outgoing mail (including invoices and checks)

  • Management and distribution of office supplies (including toner and copier paper)

  • Management of vendors / contractors as required either on a schedule or for misc. projects.

  • Daily restocking of kitchen supplies (coffees, sugars, cups, etc.)

  • Coordinating office social events

  • Occasional requirements for assisting with IT related issues

  • Purchasing duties will be required

  • Management of Admin Card account.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent, advanced degree is strongly preferred

  • Basic computer knowledge/experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • This is an office job and entails the physical demands associated with operating a telephone and computer (viewing monitor, keyboard, mouse)

  • Frequent walking

  • Lifting requirements include occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The environment is a professional open call center office environment. It may be necessary from time to time to go to the production area or warehouse. Dress attire is casual but professional in an office setting. All employees are required to wear "Radwear" (shirt with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Radwell ID Badge and Access card must be worn at all times. Radwell Safety Policies must be adhered to at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities: * Supports work specific to detail parts manufacturing and assembly operations within a manufacturing environment. * Develops documentation and procedures to ensure compliance specific to customer, and regulatory production requirements and specifications. * Develops solutions for production problems relating to materials, manufacturing processes and/or the right tooling. * Interprets engineering drawings to determine requirements meet objectives. Acts as liaison between design engineering, tooling department, machine shop, metal bond shop, composites and plastics shop, tube shop, manufacturing graphics department, quality and the production floor. * Analyzes statistical data including process capability studies, tests capability studies, and through-put rates. * Provides technical support and assistance with the development and improvement of methods, quality product design, cost, and technical issues of a complex manner as required. * Plans and documents various installation processes, tooling, equipment and quality control methods to optimize the manufacturing operation. * Ensures completed tasks have been performed and inspected in accordance with HACI standards. Identifies and corrects all production and manufacturing issues. * Prepares assembly data sheet and updates planning data sheets. Assist with BOM identification and control.
