High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience required.
Minimum of six (6) months of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, required.
Job Purpose and Scope:
Works closely with the EVP Branch Administration and other Community Banking Officers to perform an array of clerical duties. Coordinates with vendors; answers phones and responds to emails; orders supplies; and prepares meeting materials and vendor responses.
Essential Job Functions:
Provides administrative and clerical support to the EVP Branch Administration and other Branch Administration team members.
Ensures internal and external customers receive exceptional service at all times.
Coordinates internal/external meetings.
Creates presentation and proposal materials.
Sorts departmental mail.
Types and mails correspondence.
Prepares and/or reviews various departmental reports.
Provides agenda preparation, recordkeeping and document management to various Branch Administration meetings.
Facilitates various approval processes for equipment and services for the branches that are outside normal operating procedures by gathering relevant information from the branches and the business units and submitting for EVP Branch Administration review/approval.Reviews invoices for accuracy, prepares for approval and coordinates for payment.
Assists with preparation of monthly Reg O reports.
Maintains and coordinates Customer Complaint process.
Provides support for SVP/Branch Banking Strategies and Project Management.
Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
Follows all Bank policy, practice and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned.
