BPO Sales Director responsibilities include:
Owning and hitting/exceeding sales targets.
Drive net-new revenue growth through new logo acquisition by owning the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and land-and-expand our sales presence by building a channel sell-through motion with closed BPO customers.
Developing and executing strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets.
Identify potential customers and help build pipeline by utilizing different contact methods and working with your network, attending key trade shows and speaking engagements.
Partner with customers to understand their strategic goals and demonstrate how our solution will enable their achievement of these goals with quantifiable business value and ROI.
Build credibility and serve as a trusted advisor to guide prospects through the sales process.
Drive an enterprise level team-oriented sales process utilizing all available internal resources at the appropriate time in the buyer's journey, and in managing the sell-through motions as we expand.
Coordinate and orchestrate the strategic collaboration between the prospect and CallMiner's senior executives by proactively coordinating and facilitating those interactions.
Maintain comprehensive sales plans in our CRM to facilitate team selling and downstream customer onboarding, customer success and growth initiatives.
