BPO Sales Director

BPO Sales Director responsibilities include:

• Owning and hitting/exceeding sales targets.

• Drive net-new revenue growth through new logo acquisition by owning the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and land-and-expand our sales presence by building a channel sell-through motion with closed BPO customers.

• Developing and executing strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets.

• Identify potential customers and help build pipeline by utilizing different contact methods and working with your network, attending key trade shows and speaking engagements.

• Partner with customers to understand their strategic goals and demonstrate how our solution will enable their achievement of these goals with quantifiable business value and ROI.

• Build credibility and serve as a trusted advisor to guide prospects through the sales process.

• Drive an enterprise level team-oriented sales process utilizing all available internal resources at the appropriate time in the buyer's journey, and in managing the sell-through motions as we expand.

• Coordinate and orchestrate the strategic collaboration between the prospect and CallMiner's senior executives by proactively coordinating and facilitating those interactions.

• Maintain comprehensive sales plans in our CRM to facilitate team selling and downstream customer onboarding, customer success and growth initiatives.
