The Business Performance Improvement solution is seeking a Sustainable Operations Senior Manager to join our growing team.

What You Can Expect:

Senior Managers partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide best-in-class advice and solutions. Senior Managers have a solid understanding of their client's business and demonstrate technical competence across supply chain disciplines. Senior Managers can clearly articulate the value drivers of our business and are responsible for developing opportunities both for existing clients and new clients. Senior Managers are responsible for job economics and for ensuring seamless project management. Senior Managers develop future contacts within the business community and serve as ambassadors of Protiviti in the market.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

  • You possess deep supply chain expertise spanning across one or more of the following areas: Sourcing & Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse & Distribution, Sales & Operations Planning, Operational Effectiveness, Supply Chain Network Design or Sustainable Operations

  • Expertise in one or more operational areas that support key supply chain functions: CO2/Energy Management, water management, waste management, sustainable packaging, and material, ESG realization & value chain compliance review or ESG sourcing & supplier monitoring

  • Experience designing and implementing sustainability focused solutions with an ability to analyze and present current state challenges, and future state benefits resulting from implemented solutions preferably within the field of supply chain

  • Knowledge of ESG methodologies, market trends, including related regulations, materiality factors, disclosures & reporting

  • Knowledge of process improvement, business transformation and project management methodologies (such as Lean, Agile, Change Management etc.)

  • A strong ability to lead large teams of managers and consultants by creating an innovative and collaborative culture that results in exceptional team engagement and client satisfaction

  • An ability to apply expert level project management expertise, technical knowledge, critical thinking skills and innovative solutions to client engagements across various industries

  • An ability to effectively lead delivery on multiple engagements while supporting business development opportunities and assisting with practice management activities

  • An ability to drive proposal execution while building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline for prospective projects because of your exceptional client service delivery, networking, and active leadership in proposal opportunities

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field)

  • 7+ years working in Consulting, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, either in professional services or industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience in SAP/Oracle, Visio, Access, Project, PowerApps, Power BI and Tableau a plus

  • Professional Certification such as Lean Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional, Project Management Professional or similar strongly preferred

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$132,000.00 - $212,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$150,480.00 - $241,680.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
