BPI Strategy Manager - Global Business Services

IDEXX seeks a Business Process Improvement (BPI) Strategy Manager to support our Global Business Services Organization (GBS). The BPI Manager will report to the Head of Global Business Strategy and lead a team of Process analysts and Subject Matter Experts. You will play a pivotal role in driving transformation, strategy, and operational excellence through process optimization and automation initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, leading projects to streamline processes, and implementing automation tools to enhance efficiency.

In this Role

• You will use your experience in transforming the use of automation tools and process improvement methodologies to lead and drive change within the GBS organization.

• You will prioritize and execute process improvement and automation projects in alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.

• You will apply Lean methodology principles to identify and eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve overall process efficiency.

• Process Mapping: You will direct the creation of detailed process maps to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.

• You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather input, communicate project progress, and ensure successful project implementation.

• You will implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and the adoption of new processes and technologies.

• You will utilize your problem-solving abilities to address complex operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions.

• You will drive efficiency enhancement, gains, and process optimization to streamline operations and reduce costs.

• You will use your project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor improvement and automation projects from inception to completion.

• You will influence without direct reporting lines by building relationships, communicating effectively, listening actively, negotiating skillfully and leveraging allies to influence stakeholders across the organization.

• You will demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic and evolving environment, staying current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

• You have applicable experience in process improvement and automation transforming the ways of working of a shared services organization.

• You are an expert in Lean methodology and process mapping.

• You possess strong project management skills and change management expertise.
