The Quality Analyst provides assistance with all aspects of Quality/Risk Management, Infection Prevention and Control/Case Management under the direction of the Director of Quality Services. The BPCIA - Quality Analyst will support the calls and needs for the BPCIA program as a primary responsibility, and will use Milliman to perform medical necessity reviews both prospective and retrospective to verify that key information for payments is correct and complete.

Ability to deal tactfully with physicians as well as with employees, patients and families
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to utilize Electronic Health Care Record for patient documentation.
Knowledge of Milliman
Specific Job Experience
Minimum two years' experience as a healthcare administrative assistant
Quality department experience preferred
