QUALIFICATIONS: • Knowledge and understanding of the sport • Rules and regulations of the athletic activity • Coaching Techniques • First aid and emergency procedures • Adolescent Psychology • A willingness to work with coaches, student-athletes, parents, and community support groups • Prior coaching experience, desired

DESCRIPTION OF PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate standard equipment and supplies required for the sport. • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time. • Bending at the waist, kneeling or crouching to assist student-athletes. • Hearing and speaking to exchange information.
