Box Office/Customer Service Associate (Seasonal)

Position Summary: A Box Office/Customer Service Associate is responsible for selling tickets to the Pro Football Hall of Fame Guests, providing information about events and assisting with phone and other inquiries at the box office.

Position Type & Schedule: This position will be seasonal May-August. This position will require open scheduling availability, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m Monday-Sunday plus some evenings for special events, up to 25 hours per week. This position may lead to part-time employment.

A Day in the Life of a Box Office/ Customer Service Associate

• Provide a fun experience to Hall of Fame guests through active conversation and engagement.

• Provide information about events, process ticket sales, schedule museum tours.

• Handle cash and credit transactions and reconcile daily register.

• Resolve any ticketing issues or discrepancies promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the box office area.

• Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and museum attendance.

• Assist with answering the store phones lines with courtesy and timely follow up.
