Box Office Representative

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Curtain up! We're looking for a Box Office Representative who's passionate about the Entertainment industry and loves the fast-paced nature of showtime. From concerts and festivals to intimate VIP dinners and sporting events, become a Box Office Representative within New York's Most Awarded Destination Resort.

What You Will Do As A Box Office Representative:

• Assist with the sale and distribution of tickets for all concert and sporting events, gaming tournaments, and other special events within Turning Stone Enterprises.

• Having a thorough and compliant understanding of all internal control procedures for cash handling, credit card purchases, TS Rewards vouchers and point processing, and ticket distribution.

• Accurately, effectively, and politely process ticket sales and gift card transactions via phone and in person.

To Be Successful As A Box Office Representative, You'll Need:

• Previous money and credit card handling experience is highly preferred.

• Excellent guest service skills are highly preferred.

• Strong technological skills (both on desktop & mobile devices) are highly preferred.
