Responsibilities:

• Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.

• Repairs pinspotters in a timely manner.

• Operates lane machine.

• Performs lane and approach maintenance.

• Performs preventative maintenance on bowling equipment.

• Maintains working knowledge of bowling scoring system.

• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and six (6) months of basic repair or facilities maintenance experience preferred. Previous experience repairing/operating bowling equipment a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or finishing trades.

• Basic computer skills.

• Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.

• Knowledge of the proper operation of hand and power tools.
