In this role, you will:

  • Perform all job functions in strict adherence to company Health and Safety protocols, and in accordance with quality control standards and standard equipment operating procedures.

  • Operate all bottling line equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and quality control standards.

  • Maintain accurate supply inventories.

  • Perform maintenance and sanitation on all bottling line equipment.

  • Operate equipment with a commitment to product quality and production efficiency.

  • Interact well with peers and management creating an atmosphere of teamwork and participation.

  • Perform related duties as assigned.

  • Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly for up to 4 hours or carry up to 60 lbs. intermittently.

  • Stand for long periods of time - up to a full shift.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.

  • Must be 21 years of age (Alcohol)

  • One year previous experience in a production environment is desirable.

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds intermittently.

  • Must be available to work variable (10) hour shift schedules.

  • Requires some knowledge or experience in the general maintenance of mechanical equipment.

  • Forklift certification preferred.

  • Able to work within a diverse workforce to meet daily and weekly production targets.

  • Strong trouble shooting and communication skills.

  • Ability to work well under minimal supervision.

  • Ability to be cross trained to safely operate various machines on the bottling line(s) and perform adjustments on those machines.
