Nike's Global Controlling Operations (GCO) organizationprovides transactional support via a shared delivery model to stakeholdersthroughout the world. Our mission is to exceed the efficiency and accuracyexpectations of our internal clients by leveraging our process execution andinnovative technology expertise.
Innovative technology has led the GCO to deploy an in-houseRobotics Process Automation Center of Excellence (RPA CoE). The RPA CoE istasked with identifying automation opportunities throughout the broader Nikeenterprise and implementing automation to drive efficiencies and increase scalein the organization. As we build out the CoE, we are looking for an experiencedprofessional to own the bot controlling functionality within the team. Criticalto our success, this capability will enable us to deliver against key elementsof our priorities.
The Bot Controller will be multi-talented, specificallyproviding critical support in:
Effectivemanagement and scheduling of bots to ensure that stakeholder requirements andtimelines are met
Initialtriage of production bot failures and coordination with teams to drive issuesto resolution
Operationalmetric reporting of bot performance to leadership and identification of infrastructureneeds to facilitate growth of production bots
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record ofmanaging operations and troubleshooting issues with an affinity for newtechnologies. We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who can be apart of furthering a critical capability for a Fortune 500 multinationalcompany.
Preferred 2-5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within technology and/or finance positions.
SAP experience and Automation Anywhere experience a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate status, issues, and risks with stakeholders and leadership team.
Proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with large technology back office functions, persistently driving teams to arrive at sustainable resolutions that make the most sense for the business.
Robotics Process Automation (RPA) experience (strategy, deployment, and maintenance).
Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and analysis necessary to support large scale IT systems
Basic exposure to programming/windows maintenance/virtual desktop infrastructure/system performance testing, and ability to ask the right questions from technology teams
Passion for and experience in technology and process improvement.
MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
Customer service and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
Consistent attention to detail and ownership of ensuring the successful execution of bots.
