This opportunity is for a full time, regular position to start in our Finance Rotation Program of approximately 2 years where your responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the department and your individual assignments. You will be assigned to a variety of businesses and functional groups within the Finance function. Examples of responsibilities include preparing financial and operational reports and scorecards for our product divisions, assisting with financial planning activities including forecasting and dynamic planning, audit activities, treasury operations, special project work and ad hoc requests as needed.
You will be expected to contribute in each assignment while gaining experience and developing your business and technical skills with the goal of completing the program and transitioning to a longer term position within one of our departments.SkillsBeyond basic accounting / finance and technical skills, the best candidates will thrive in varied dynamic business environments, demonstrate strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, an aptitude for working with financial systems, and will be comfortable working both independently and in teams.
