Responsible for key business functions for two or more business units including creating and maintaining staffing schedules, managing payroll, inventory management, maintenance of business licenses, managing and reporting service, clinical quality and financial data. Coordinates key functions which impact patient, staff, physician, and visitor's experience.

Uses effective communication skills to provide support in disseminating information and assisting with education of staff. Supports operational initiatives and projects providing regular informational reports , analysis and organizing data. Coordinates Life Safety, Environment of Care programs to ensure safety of staff, patients and visitors and to ensure regulatory compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Coordinates disaster drills and training. Works collaboratively with BOS Safety Officer as needed. Responsible for supporting multiple leaders, departments and or more than one business line. ( Diagnostic, Urgent Care, Express Care, Sleep Centers and ASCs) which may require routine travel to BHSF locations and other duties as assigned.


Degrees: Associates Additional Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred and/or a combination of relative work experience preferred. Administrative experience. Advance computer knowledge including Power Point, MS Office and Excel.

Ability to operate office equipment and expand knowledge and learn new software. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Must be skilled in multi-tasking, planning, critical and independent thinking.

Able to achieve results through influencing and able to maximize efficiencies while supporting fast pace work environment which may include multiple locations and leaders. Experience with healthcare regulatory agencies preferred. Minimum Required Experience: 4

The Department of Psychology in the College of Arts & Sciences is seeking a full-time Research Support Coordinator for the Program for Anxiety, Stress and OCD under the supervision of Dr. Kiara Timpano. The Research Support Coordinator will have a bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field and one year of work experience. Research experience gained as an undergraduate student will be considered. Primary responsibilities will be across two projects, including an investigation of transdiagnostic cognitive and emotional risk for the affective disorders, and a study investigating decision making in patients with hoarding disorders. The position will involve a range of responsibilities including recruiting and scheduling participants for research studies, data collection (diagnostic and behavioral), data analysis, administrative duties, IRB management, and general management of lab operations. A great attitude, excellent communication skills, good organizational skills, ability to work in a team, take initiative, and lead are highly desired. Opportunities to present at conferences and to write papers are provided, commensurate with interest and experience. In-depth training and personalized mentoring will be provided on an ongoing basis. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field * Minimum one year of work experience Core Responsibilities * Organizes, hosts and participates in community education outreach activities to recruit study participants ensuring high participation rates, and serves as the primary contact person for referral sites. * Meets with study participants to explain the purpose of the study and study procedures and to obtain informed consent. * Assists with the preparation and monitoring of IRB documents, administers clinical interviews and measures, coordinates all assessment and patient contact activity, and tracks participants through all stages of the research program. * Ensures that the data collection aspects of the protocol are implemented in a rigorous fashion, interacts with statistical analysts as needed to facilitate data analyses and study-related reports, and supervises the implementation of data quality assurance procedures. * Carefully handles petty cash for study activities, organizes data forms and assists in manuscript, report, and grant proposal preparation.
