Bootcamp Instructor For Small Group Training

Crunch Fall River is looking for BootCamp Instructors to join our team!

We are starting up Small Group Training in our club on a new HIIT 4 unit and need certified Instructors to teach classes! Crunch is known for its innovative and cutting edge classes. We are looking for fitness professionals who have previous teaching experience and who have a passion for making fitness fun!

The programming has cardio, strength, and boxing based classes.

Requirements:

Nationally Accredited Certification: ACE, AFAA, and NASM preferred

Current CPR Certification

Minimum of six months prior teaching/training experience

Ability to teach HIIT Bootcamp Formats.

Responsibilities:

Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.

Maintain all mandatory education certifications.

Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.

Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.

Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.

Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.

Maintain professional disposition at all times.

Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.

Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
