Summary
This position is responsible for tracking sales, managing inventory, and purchase supplies for the college. The Bookstore Manager places orders for all campus locations. Other responsibilities include record keeping and working with management to ensure orders are placed accurately.
Essential Functions
Order books, tools, supplies, promotional items and uniforms.
Review and approve orders for the flight campus.
Input orders in purchasing system and convert to PO's.
Place orders with vendors.
Receive orders, match invoices and packing slips.
Work with accounts payable to process non-purchase order items.
Track inventory for accuracy and enter into the POS sales system.
Categorize inventory by college program for sales.
Stock inventory.
Run reports of daily, monthly, and transfer sales for all campus locations.
Collect payments for student housing and tuition.
Receive and distribute shipments.
Monitor and setup vending account access for students and employees.
Receive and sort mail for distribution.
Performs other incidental duties as assigned.
