What You Will Be Doing
Prepare monthly or quarterly financial statements
Using quickbooks, ie down loading client info
Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports
Tax return preparation using lacerte software
What You Need for this Position
More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:
Microsoft Office Skills
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
The ability to work independently to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
Strong communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills, with focus in Excel
Problem solving ability is mandatory.
A positive attitude.
Works well in a team environment and across departments.
Knowledge of Tax Preparation would be a strong plus
