The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing QuickBooks, recording, and reconciling financial transactions, generating financial reports and statements as needed, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data. Additional tasks include processing vendor invoices, providing timely payments, reconciling vendor statements, and resolving discrepancies.

The position requires three years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field, proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team, having strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
