Bookkeeper

Our client at Advantage Resourcing is recognized as the largest manufacturer of hose and related products in the world and is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills and experience with various accounting software programs.

Pay: $19/hr.

Schedule: 8am

• 5pm, Monday

• Friday

Essential tasks:

• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records

• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

• Assist with payroll processing, including calculating employee wages and benefits

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

• Provide support during audits or tax filings

Qualified candidates will have two years of bookkeeping experience.
