Job Description:
Provides support to department activities with specific responsibility for an array of fiscal services for student body and school site activities; conveying and updating fiscal information; and ensuring that fiscal practices are followed and disbursement of funds are within proper and legal guidelines.

Responsibilities:
--- Collect funds from all academic and athletic student for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of transactions. --- Compile financial information related to school site (e.g. accounts payable/receivables, depositing all moneys collected, write receipts) for the purpose of providing required documentation and/or processing information. --- Maintain financial records related to student activities and/or events for the purpose of ensuring completeness and availability of records and compliance with district policy and established regulatory guidelines. --- Monitor financial procedures with individuals responsible for school site financial operations(e.g. student activities, fund raisers, bookstore, Athletic Department, student clubs, etc.) for the purpose of providing services within established guidelines.

Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. --- Prepare written materials and electronic financial information (e.g. receipt report, account status by club, activity ticket revenue, student fees, gifts/donations, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing reference, conveying information, and complying with established financial, legal and/or administrative requirements. --- Process financial information (e.g. all purchase orders, accounts payable, payments for officials/security for home athletic events, etc.) for the purpose of updating and distributing information, authorizing for action and/or complying with established accounting practices. --- Reconcile financial data for the purpose of maintaining accurate account balances and ensuring compliance with established accounting practices. --- Request quotations from vendors, warehouse, and/or District office staff for the purpose of providing cost information, purchasing and securing items. --- Research discrepancies of financial information and/or documentation for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy and adhering to established procedures prior to processing. --- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Job Posting Title:Health Assistant/Clerical - Secondary Schools Job Description:This is a full-time position, split between Health Assistant (20 hours per week) and Clerical - Secondary Schools (20 hours per week). Position Specific Information (if Applicable): Clerical - Secondary Schools Responsible for providing general clerical support to the department. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele. Responsibilities: Answer and route telephone calls and messages to the appropriate personnel. May greet visitors to the site. Perform clerical support including: composing and editing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, sorting mail, and photocopying. Schedule and maintain various calendars for meetings. Assist with various department projects. Prepare routine report and/or process work orders. Maintain and update department databases. May assist with the process of various purchase order vouchers, invoices, supplies and material inventories. May coordinate the logistics for conferences and meetings. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Health Assistant Responsible for administering student medication, management of student’s chronic health conditions, first aid care of students and maintaining student records. Deals with information of a highly confidential nature. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele. Essential Physical Requirements: • Occasional lifting five (5) to fifty (50) pounds • Frequent bending, stooping, walking, standing, kneeling, crawling, squatting, reaching, and sitting Responsibilities: --- Ensure enrolling students meet the Colorado State immunization requirements prior to entering school. Notify parents and school nurse consultant of incomplete immunization and/or noncompliance. Complete the annual immunization state report. --- Notify school nurse consultant of reportable communicable diseases. --- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. --- Perform delegated procedures in accordance with the student’s health care plan and training by the school nurse consultant; such as: supervision and/or assistance with the daily management of a student’s diabetes, asthma, and severe allergies. --- Provide first aid for students per District guidelines, including caring forehead injuries, fractures, and lacerations. --- Administer prescribed scheduled and non-scheduled medications to students in accordance with physician orders and District policy. Prepare medication for students attending field trips. --- Maintain appropriate documentation for all health room procedures, including: medications, delegated procedures, and first aid in accordance with District guidelines.
