Job Posting: Part-Time Bookkeeper Position Overview:

Sandri Convenience Store in Williston, VT is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role involves handling invoices, cash management, and other bookkeeping tasks. The position offers flexible hours and requires a commitment of 20-25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and process invoices accurately and timely. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of cash flow.

Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. Prepare financial reports as required.

Assist with budget preparation and financial planning. Support the finance team with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.

Retail experience a plus. Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
