This position will perform highly detailed, manual bookkeeping work including review of transactions, determining when financial problems are occurring that require operational changes. This position is in a very unique environment where you are helping members manage their finances, preparing money requests, ordering items, and doing house rounds.
A high school diploma with a minimum of five years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting field. Must have: knowledge of bookkeeping and general accounting principles; knowledge of accounting techniques and procedures; advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook; extremely detail oriented; able to process reports (monthly financial statements and balance cash; organizational and time management skills; ability to work as a team; proficient in ASL (American Sign Language) or willingness to learn ASL.
