HHS has achieved success by hiring world-class individuals. We are looking for professionals with exceptional customer service skills to manage day-to-day operations in partner businesses across the US & growing world locations (currently beginning in Canada, South America, & Japan).
Experience: 2-5 years' experience in a corporate environment
Reports To: Accounting Manager
Responsible for providing accounting support to supervisors and managers within the accounting and tax department. Ensures files are complete and accurate, and maintained as needed.
Key Tasks and
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors
Maintain QuickBooks files for related entities
Compile and catalog receipts for reconciliations
Reconcile bank accounts
Research, track, and resolve accounting problems
Support accounting personnel
Prepare Ad Hoc reports as needed for supervisors
Special projects as assigned
Skills and Attributes:
Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
Able to meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong Analytical skills
Proficient with MS Word and Excel
Experienced with QuickBooks
Ability to prepare basic to semi-complex spreadsheets from scratch
Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
