Bookkeeper

Seeking a personable, highly organized and detail focused Accounting Associate with a passion to accurately and efficiently support overall accounting activities in a fast paced mixed-industry environment. Our industries include Real Estate, Construction, Restaurant, Grocery, Hotel, and more to come. This position is set for growth within our Company, as we expand, for the right candidate.

Experience in accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll processing, administrative responsibilities, bank reconciliations, process streamlining.

Quickbooks Desktop knowledge required.
Dropbox knowledge required.

Microsoft Office knowledge required.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in bookkeeping, administrative office work or related field (preferred)
• Real Estate Experience preferred
• Must be organized and have attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing
• A passion for and sense of personal satisfaction in getting the job done
• Previous experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
• Ability to complete tasks accurately and timely
• Strong organizational/time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as closely with a team
