Bond Specialist (Remote)

This position is responsible for processing and renewing bonds, preparation of bills and reports, and providing clerical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processes bond applications, renewals, and billings.

• Organizes and maintains accurate bond files.

• Contacts customers regarding bond renewals.

• Updates customer information from reports and error messages.

• Records and maintains files for Powers of Attorney.

• Prepares accurate filings.

• May be assigned or cross-trained in duties similar to current duties.

• Actively pursue new sales leads, and discuss and sell our various services with current clients, sending information timely to manager or other designated person.

The ideal candidate will be well qualified in the following areas:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• One to three years of general office experience

• Accurate data entry skills

• Excellent telephone communication skills
