The Bond Division is currently searching for a customer focused Bond Assistant to work out of either our Salt Lake City or Phoenix offices.
Will perform a variety of moderately complex policy administration tasks in support of our Seattle, Sacramento and Walnut Creek offices.
Communicates with agent/broker, insureds and underwriters to provide the information needed to provide quotes, issuances, renewals, endorsements, etc.
Enters rate, premium and/or policy information into appropriate systems for policy updates/issuance.
Utilizes various systems for research and tracking of information.
Maintains file accuracy.
Must have 2-4 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Basic understanding of accounting concepts is helpful.
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience is required.
Must be able to work independently and be detail-oriented.
