Fox Motors has a Body Shop Estimator opening in Grand Rapids, MI at Fox Ford. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by developing and maintaining trust with our customers that will build long-term relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Body Shop Estimator is a trusted expert that plays an active role in the department's success. As a Body Shop Estimator, you are responsible for appraising vehicle damage to determine cost of repair, coordinating and scheduling work, maintaining proper documentation for the insurance company and customer. Fox Motors is looking for a Body Shop Estimator that has excellent verbal and written communication skills, organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced working environment. Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Examines damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage.

• Estimates cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item.

• Prepares insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimates and recommendations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective.

• High energy and positive attitude.
