Bobcat Parts Specialist

Any level of experience is welcome to apply As a leader in the compact equipment industry, Atlas Bobcat takes pride in providing exceptional quality service for heavy-duty, compact equipment in the Chicagoland area. Your New Role:

Inventory control; Accurately receiving daily vendor parts orders. Pulling, organizing and correctly distributing new customer parts orders and service orders. Validating all received and pulled counts.

Restocking and maintaining visual displays both in retail store area and in stock room. Performing inventory cycle counts. Maintaining work area and stock room in a neat and orderly manner.

Answering customer phone calls and assisting in-store customers when needed. Identify, source, and invoice needed parts and products. Performing other duties and tasks as directed by management.

Requirements: What You'll Need to Succeed: Experience working with a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience working with inventory control.

Previous automotive or dealer product support. Customer service experience; in-person and over the phone. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

A willingness to learn and be trained. You must be dependable with the ability to manage time and attendance. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

This position requires but is not limited to standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs. What You'll Love About Us: Great Company Culture:
