Position summary: Performs various Selling / Customer Service activities to assist Boat and ATV Customers in making informed buying decisions.

Position responsibilities:

Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and insures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers Engages all customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner. Meets with potential customers to determine their boating and or atv needs.

Provides information necessary to allow the customer to make an informed buying decision. Maintains current product knowledge by using available resources, i.e., product brochures, Internet and product information training meetings. Maintains awareness of advertised items, current pricing structures and promotions Remains current on & adheres to all selling skills training & direction Works cooperatively with the Service Department to see that delivery to the customer is seamless Maintains complete confidentiality of all sensitive & personal information Prepares the showroom each morning to ensure proper signage is in place per established presentation standards and all products are clean, presentable and in sellable condition.

The integrity and cleanliness of the product will be maintained throughout the day. Generates and manages leads & prospects in provided Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool on a daily basis, specifically entering new customers and conducting and documenting follow up activities and daily tasks with customers before and after the sale. Participates in special events such as Boat Shows, Parking Lot events, etc.

Accurately completes all necessary paperwork required within the selling process. Meets and exceeds pre-determined individual monthly sales goals which will be based off of employment status (Full Time or Part Time), hours and days scheduled, length of employment, historical sales, etc.

Achieving company sales goals on a monthly basis is required.

Maintains a clean and professional work area. Follows all Company Policies and Procedures

Education and/or Experience

High School education or equivalent experience

Mathematical Skills / Reasoning Ability

Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages

Communication Skills

Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates

Physical requirements

Able to lift up to 50 pounds & to stand for extended periods

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers

Ability to operate computer system & Point of Sale register system

Performs other duties & assignments as needed (including temporary assignments in other areas of the Store)

Position Summary: Provides medical management to workers compensation injured employees. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Performs case management through telephonic contact with all medical providers, employers, claims professionals and ancillary service providers. * Manage medical care in order to return injured employee to preinjury status. . * Reviews services of medical and rehabilitation providers and arranges for and coordinates appropriate evaluation, treatment, and counseling. * Communicates with physician, injured worker, employer, referral source, and any other resource involved in worker's rehabilitation program. * Evaluates home care services and equipment and determines need for home modifications. * Coordinates home care. * Communicates with employers to determine job requirements of pre-injury occupation and to explore light-duty, modified, or alternate employment as necessary. * Analyzes results of treatment and medical status and reviews incoming provider reports. * Identifies suitable employment opportunities consistent with individual's medical limitations/capabilities, aptitudes, and interests to restore individual to maximum independence. * Generates reports to referral source to communicate case status, findings, and recommendations. * Generates correspondence to referral source, medical providers, injured worker and other parties involved in the rehabilitation process. * Participates in case conferences over the telephone, and participates in internal and external training to enhance and maintain medical proficiency. * Documents case management observations, assessment, and plan in system. * Must maintain a case load to support at minimum 145 hours of billable or inventory of minimum of 72 files monthly with 95% Quality compliance expected. Required: * Degree from applicable program of training and a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in an acute care setting required. * Active Registered Nursing license or equivalent within the state of practice or states in which CM is performed. Desired: * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Worker's Compensation experience is preferred. * Certification in related field preferred. Work Traits: * Demonstrates adequate knowledge of managed care with emphasis on use of criteria, guidelines and national standards of practice. * Demonstrates good written and oral communications, organizational and leadership skills. * Computer literate. Demonstrates good time management skills. Self-starter.
