  • Bachelor's Degree required. • A Master's Degree from an accredited university and/or college with major coursework in Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. • Ability to obtain Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification or equivalent certification approved by the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools. • A credential from the Commission of Teacher Credentialing (CTC) authorizing work within California public schools, such as a single-subject, multiple-subject, Education Specialist, or PPS Credential. • Possession of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) • Possession of and ability to maintain a valid California Driver's License and valid auto insurance. • Submit, at the applicant's own expense, his/her DMV motor vehicle driving record at the time of appointment. Failure to meet this requirement may result in disqualification.

Experience: • Three years of experience in a public school setting is preferred. • Two years of experience completing comprehensive functional behavior assessments and behavior support plans and (1) year of experience serving individuals who exhibit inappropriate or explosive behavior are required.
