We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team.

Starting Salary $91,000.00 annual salary or $95 per hour salary.

As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications:- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary:From $91,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Requirements

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed- Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators and medical staff, to ensure coordinated care- Provide training and support to caregivers and other team members- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards Skills: - Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorders- Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams- Familiarity with medical terminology and records- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
