Overview of Position:

A BCBA is a leader within our organization. Most client sessions are from 3-8PM, providing flexible scheduling during morning and early afternoon hours.

A BCBA at New England ABA provides clinical oversight to Behavior Technicians in the field. Duties include writing behavior intervention plans, establishing how goals are targeted, structuring sessions in a productive manner, evaluating Behavior Technician's clinical growth and mastery of professional development goals and other clinically related tasks.

Job requirements:

  • Active licensed applied behavior analyst (LABA) in the state of Massachusetts or proof of active submission

  • 2-5 years working directly with children and adolescents with ASD required

  • Experience with VB, PECS, DTT, PRT and ESDM a plus

This full-time 40 hours per week (4) 10 hour days, fully benefited position will encompass but is not limited to the following: * Provides exceptional patient care and treatment * Demonstrates clinical knowledge and skill * Communicates effectively with patients, physicians and peers * Certified surgical technologist (CST) will assist surgeons, anesthesiologists and nurses. * Ensures that all instrumentation and equipment needed for each surgical procedure is set up, sterile, and operational. * Passes instruments, sponges, and sutures to the surgeon and/or his assistant, using proper techniques, and assists in all other appropriate ways as called upon. * Conducts needle, sponge, and instrument counts, with the circulating nurse, and verifies these counts at the beginning and end of each surgical procedure Job Requirements Qualified certified surgical technologists will meet the following criteria: * High school diploma or GED required. * Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist course or equivalent. Certification required. * Two years previous hospital experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred. * Orthopedic experience preferred.
