ABA Clinic - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid/Flexible Schedule

MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide, evaluate, and implement behavior therapy services to pediatric clients with a variety of needs.

Schedule:

• Full-Time and Part-Time openings available at our Stafford location

• Hybrid/Flexible schedule

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related discipline

• Current Texas license as LBA

• Currently certified by the BACB as a BCBA

• Minimum of two years' experience as a BCBA preferred - new grads are welcomed to apply!

Job Duties:

• Observe patients and conduct behavior assessments

• Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs

• Develop individual plans to correct, maintain, or improve certain behaviors

• Monitor and evaluate clients progress towards treatment goals and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Train and supervise BT/RBTs
