Collegiate is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team for the 2024-25 school year. Primary focus would be grades K-5.

Collegiate Charter School of Lowell is a tuition-free public charter academy, providing an academically challenging program in a safe, structured environment. CCSL opened its doors in September 2013 to serve students in K-3. The school has expanded each school year and currently serves students in K-12 as of the 2022-23 school year.

CCSL teachers' primary assignment may be a specific grade level (including homeroom duties) or subject teaching to multiple classes/grades. The Teacher may also be assigned additional non-instructional duties such as proctoring exams, supervising recess or lunch, or leading a club/group/activity.

BCBA Job Responsibilities: The following duties and job description are not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of an employee
Provide ongoing support for students
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Write, maintain, and oversee the development of behavior support plans
Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum student progress
Attend weekly staff meetings
Collaborate with other BCBAs and all campus leadership teams
Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis
Consults with the interdisciplinary team on the behavioral components of the ABA programming at school.
Participates in team meetings and assists with the development of IEPs and progress reports
Consults with and trains staff as needed
Consults with and trains parents as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Requirements and Skills:
Classroom experience highly preferred.
Masters degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating individual and/or unit wide behavioral programs
Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures
