Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)

Their team is singularly focused in its commitment to providing quality care at the highest possible level.We seek candidates with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or a Master’s degree and completion of ABA coursework for the role of BCBA Therapist. The person in this role will design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and strategies. She/he will develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed. She/he will collaborate with treatment team (director, parents and other support network) to review case progress. She/he will provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists, in all policies and procedures. She/he will communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, etc. She/he will maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties.Candidates must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or a Master’s degree and completion of ABA coursework. Knowledge of ABA and DTT is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable form of insured transportation. Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills. Must be proficient in written and spoken English; fluency in a foreign language is a plus. Must possess the aptitude to engage in higher-level management functions when required. Must be able to communicate with team members routinely, regarding schedules and client's changing needs.
