YCS is a dynamic mental/behavioral health organization that is growing rapidly.

Cedarbrook is a Psychiatric Community Home with an Intellectual Disability designation. It's a boutique residential facility where its 5 female residents, aged 14-21 reside.

YCS is seeking a highly motivated, professional BCBA for a full time position.

Duties Include but not limited to:

• Participate in initial consumer interviews/ assessment.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments

• Develop Behavior Support Plans & data collection systems

• Train staff in implementation of Behavior Support Plans and recommended strategies.

• Monitor and provide support for staff in use of ABA strategies and procedures.

• Train families in implementation of Behavior Support Plans and recommended strategies.

• Work under direction of Asst. Vice President of ABA Services

Requirements:

BCBA Certification

Experience required: 1 - 3 years of experience working with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.

All new hires are required to attend a 3 day orientation: Monday-Wednesday 9:00am-3:30 pm, upon hire.
