Salary Statement:

The salary for this position traditionally starts at $42,900.00.

Role Overview:

The Clerk position assists in all aspects of assigned warehouse duties and responsibilities. The Clerk is responsible for assisting in the day to day workflow. This position plays a key role of receiving, stocking, and the distribution of inventory, equipment and products needed by BMV Central Office, BMV Branches and Partner locations while also keeping the Warehouse stocked, organized and clean.

A Day in the Life:

• Picking inventory, transferring in Stars, packaging and processing accountable items and supplies efficiently and accurately.

• Able to be trained and certified to operate forklift, turret truck and electric pallet jack safely and efficiently.

• Operate state owned or rental vehicles in a professional, safe and courteous manner while following the rules of the road.

• Load and unload delivery truck by hand or with pallet jack.

• Make daily deliveries and pickups at Central Office, Print Farm, Branch and Partner locations as needed in a professional and courteous manner.

• Branch Moves and Remodels require loading and unloading at the site along with stationing product in specific areas.

• General warehouse duties including but not limited to keeping the warehouse clean, neat and organized.

• Ordering supplies as needed.

• Assist Manager in evaluating areas of need.

• Recognizes area for internal improvement and develops plans for improvement.

• Perform related duties as required.

What You'll Need for Success:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, internal and external customers.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to direct and coordinate operations.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Proficient in use of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
