POSITION SUMMARY # The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Medical Group, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing confidential information, and assisting with various projects and events. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. # DEPARTMENT SCOPE OF SERVICE # The BMH Medical Group provides medical services in various specialties and offices including Internal and Family Medicine, Post-Acute Care, Centralized Scheduling, OB/GYN, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Urology and General Surgery. The practices are staffed by clinicians (Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners) who are supported by clinical staff (RNs, LPNs and Medical Assistants) and clerical staff (Patient Service Representatives). Hours vary by practice but are generally 8:00 -5:00. BENEFITS# Retirement plan with a generous employer contribution of 6% and a 1% match. Working with a friendly and supportive TEAM!
