The Blockchain Program Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional implementation of IMVU's new blockchain strategy and offerings. This person will help shape, design and execute on the new blockchain approach and digital currency within IMVU's ecosystem and work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, strategy, business and finance. Analytical thinking, drive, great inter-team skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are requirements for this role.

  • Implementation of IMVU's new blockchain strategy and offerings

  • Blockchain team voice on product, design, priorities, etc.

  • Understands business value of blockchain and can communicate that internally across teams

  • Project timeline management and tracking of deliverables

  • Support Blockchain Team (CSO, VP) with research, strategy documentation and testing

  • Liaison between Blockchain team and IMVU operations (product, development, marketing, care, business management)

  • Helps lead in evaluation and manage product and technology partners through selection and actively on a daily basis

  • Drives process around review, POC, etc. for protocol platform decision and other key technical and service partners with CTO, internal tech team, product team and external partners
