POSITION OVERVIEW

Our Blended Contact Center Specialist II are responsible for taking incoming and making outgoing calls to our customers. We offer both full-time or part-time. We provide both customer service and sales to our customers. This position does require atleast 1 year of experience and we will train the right candidate. Mass Markets is looking for highly motivated individuals who are looking to jump start a career.

WHAT IS A BLENDED CONTACT CENTER SPECIALIST II AND WHAT DO THEY DO?

In this role, you will be responsible for handling outbound sales inquiries using state-of-the-art contact center technology and customer experience methodology. You will also be responsible for taking incoming calls from our customers and providing world class customer service. As a highly trained expert on products, technology, and business process you will work on behalf of some of the most recognized brands in the world. This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best in class customer experience. In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer interactions, you will need to be confident, fully engaged, a team player, and dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day. In addition to being an all-around great asset to the team, our entry level sales representatives are responsible for the following tasks.

  • Listen to and resolve customer issues

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks

  • Recognize sales opportunity and apply sales skills to upgrade customers

  • Explain and position products and process when interacting with customers

  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction

  • Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling

Great! Here are the qualifications for a Call Center Representative:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; College Students, Interns, and recent College Graduates are welcome

  • Must have the ability to learn customer service software applications

  • Must be proficient with basic PC skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Highly reliable

  • Minimum 18 years of age

  • Previous experience in retail, bartending, receptionist roles, phone jobs, sales, purchasing, hospitality, customer service, food service, or office/administrative roles is a plus, but not required since we train all new employees for the job.

The Full Time Delivery Specialist will provide a world class customer experience by executing and enhancing the delivery and service of store merchandise in a customer's home as well as provide store growth through providing delivery, labor, assembly and repair of various products throughout the entire store. Responsibilities Include: * Provide world class customer service during delivery and set up of purchased equipment from SCHEELS * Coordinate and adhere to a weekly delivery schedule to allow punctuality, ample time for customer questions, pre inspection of delivery location and equipment, and to ensure proper equipment function * Ensure safe and proper loading and transport of merchandise to be delivered * Ability to learn how to construct and repair all sporting good items that we provide including bikes, and exercise equipment * Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements * Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs * Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records * Able to respond and resolve customer issues if there are complications or errors during the delivery process * Adapt effortlessly when customer's schedule changes or able to explain to a customer if delivery times change * Physically able to lift and construct heavy machines * Mechanically inclined and able to use various tools during construction process * Acknowledge and respect customer's space and personal belongings * Reassure customer by understanding operation of equipment and applicable warranties * Ensure a clean and professional appearance of the SCHEELS delivery trucks and delivery area in the store * Safely drive work truck to and from delivery sites * SCHEELS cares about the health and safety of our associates.
