Bishop Reicher - Elementary Teacher (3Rd/4Th Grade To Be Determined)

Bishop Louis Reicher Catholic School (BLR), located in Waco, TX and a member school of the Diocese of Austin, TX seeks a dynamic, mission-driven 3rd/4th grade teacher for the 2024-2025 academic year. As Waco's only Catholic school, BLR serves a diverse student population of 300 students from grades pre-K3 through twelfth grade. The school's faculty includes the Dominican Sisters of the Ann Arbor (MI) province along with youth leaders from Ablaze Ministries.

The 3rd/4th grade teacher will work with the support of and under the direction of an administrative team that includes: the Pastor of St. Louis parish, Head of School, and Assistant Principal of Lower School.

The ideal candidate is a committed faithful Catholic, in love with Jesus Christ in the Eucharist and desirous of sharing that joy with others, with demonstrated classroom teaching experience, and a familiarity with (or openness to learn more about) Catholic classical learning. Teaching certification is welcomed but not required. Salary will depend on the candidate's education and years of experience.
