Sodexo is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician 3 at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center located in Nashua, New Hampshire.

The HTM Team offers ground-breaking clinical technology services to customers and much-deserved professional growth to personnel.

Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, a 188-bed acute care facility located in the heart of downtown Nashua, has a medical staff of over 500 primary and specialty care providers from Foundation Medical Partners, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Nashua, and local independent practices.

The successful candidate will:

• Test electronic and mechanical equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections
• Repair or replace defective parts
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, calibration, and tests

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Decision making capabilities to troubleshoot and repair medical devices
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and basic networking theory
• 7 years of experience in biomedical, mechanical or electro-mechanical repair in a health care technology setting
• Scheduling flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation schedule

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement- Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment

Basic Functional Experience- 7 years of experience in electronic, mechanical or electro-mechanical repair in a health care technology setting
