Biomedical Analytics Specialist

Key Role:

Conducts and applies advanced health science expertise and advanced academic research skills to science and technology client challenges. Applies specific functional knowledge and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance and may review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in working in a fast-paced, test-driven, and collaborative scientific and analytical performance environment

• Experience with programming languages including Python, R, SQL, or C++

• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI

• Knowledge of testing, training, and analyzing clientele and applying analytical toolkits

• Knowledge of descriptive and predictive analytics, methods, or practices in performance related fields

• Ability to strategize with a holistic team of performance experts to customize the delivery of analytical tech-centric solutions

• Ability to identify and define measures and metrics to drive ROI across various users and personas

• Ability to identify and design analytical toolsets to optimize performance

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Master's degree in an engineering or biomedical field

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with performance technology, including biometric wearables, virtual reality, and biomedical monitoring systems

• Knowledge of hardware and software integration for performance analysis

• Secret clearance

• Doctorate degree in an engineering or biomedical field

• Engineering certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
