Required: Associates degree in biomedical equipment technology or electronics or equivalent training and experience.

Required: 5 years of progressive responsibility in multiple clinical areas and/or multiple modalities

Required: Extensive knowledge of electronics including solid state technology and both linear and digital integrated circuits operation.
Extensive knowledge of the hazards and applicable safety standards and performance requirements relating to biomedical instrumentation. Working knowledge of the latest and most advanced troubleshooting, calibration, and repair techniques. Working knowledge of the operation, underlying physiological principles, and practical and safe use of patient-care equipment.
Knowledge of the organization and operation of hospitals. Exhibits excellent leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Required: Must be able to work rotating shifts, holidays and/or weekends as required.
Must be able to perform work from ladders and other high places; must possess normal color vision and normal or correctable hearing. Must be able to work in confined or restricted spaces wearing protective equipment as required and able to work in extreme in door and outdoor conditions. Must be able to transport self to various sites as required. When using own vehicle or company provided vehicle, must have valid Arizona drivers' license and proof of insurance that meets the minimum standards of the state of Arizona.
