Fixed Route Operator

Bus Driver major responsibilities:

Transportation college students to campus and downtown from off campus housing
Stop at designated points to load and unload passengers
Notify dispatch of deviations, overload, accidents, passenger incidents, medical/behavioral problems, or bus mechanical/electrical trouble
Advise passengers of rules and regulations when necessary
Complete and submit written reports concerning passengers and all accidents

Bus Driver requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age
Possess a valid CDL B with Passenger endorsement
Previous Motor Coach experience required
Have at least 3 years of driving experience
Strong communication skills
Thursday through Saturday evening 8pm

11pm, and minimum 2 shifts during the day Monday Through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6:30pm.

VIEW JOBS Minimum Qualifications 1.possession of a license to practice medicine in New York State (see limited license/permit option under notes); AND 2.certification by a Member Board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) in your specialty. OR Permanent New York State employee currently serving in this title, or in comparable title, and eligible for Section 70.1 transfer. Limited Permit Option: If you are licensed in another state or by written examination in Canada, AND meet the other requirements for Medical Specialist 2, you are also eligible if you have a current limited permit to practice medicine in New York State. If appointed, you must obtain your license within one year of the date your limited permit was issued. Failure to do so will result in removal from your position. NOTES: In order to be eligible for appointment and to maintain employment, you cannot be listed as an excluded individual or entity on any of the Federal and/or State Medicaid and Medicare exclusion lists (or excluded from any other Federal or Federally assisted program). If you are appointed and subsequently listed as an excluded individual or entity on any of these lists (or excluded from any other Federal or Federally assisted program), you may be terminated from your employment.
