Responsibilities

As a VDC Coordinator you will:

Lead with Vision: Establish BIM/coordination objectives and standards, collaborate with our project teams, and assist with VDC initiatives.

Execute Excellence: Provide solutions for various request while developing new means and methods that can be standardized across all projects.

Guide & Mentor: Lead coordination meetings, provide direction to planning, scheduling, and expectations while mentoring and developing other team members.

Technical Mastery: Manage and control BIM environments, R&D new innovative solutions, and provide ad hoc training/conflict resolution both internally and externally.

Quality Control: Ensure health and validity of work being performed, manage and advance BxP's while maintaining consistency between various projects.

Qualifications

As a VDC Coordinator you will bring:

Educational Background: A four-year degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or Civil Engineering (preferred).

Experience: 3-5 years' experience with VDC initiatives and projects. Mastery of model creation to support various phases of a project in multitude of software platforms.

Process Proficiency: Knowledge of the various design phases and the work/information required to complete each and a strong understating of construction workflows, production cycles and priorities.

Software & Modeling Proficiency: Proficient with 3D modeling and various coordination tools such as ACC, Revit, & Navisworks.

Innovative Thinking: Navigate complex challenges, innovate solutions, and make informed decisions that drive project success.
