As a VDC Coordinator at Danis, you will support all VDC operations and internal Danis departments. From Business Development to Preconstruction and Operations through the entire construction process.Responsibilities * Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing Departments to help win projects and produce information and visualizations to support ongoing BD and Marketing efforts. * Support and manage VDC engagement and BIM coordination on all projects. * Support and advance current VDC operations revolving around AR/VR/MR initiatives, drone photogrammetry, and laser scanning/processing. * Provide research and development regarding software and hardware advancements and the implementation for all departments including the VDC Department. * Develop and engage staff in continuous mentoring and training opportunities to leverage VDC strategies on their projects. * Present the corporate VDC initiative both internally and externally to support the corporate brand and represent Danis as a leading expert in VDC. * Create VDC content to support all phases of a project.Additional Responsibilities: * Help research and develop industry best practices to influence corporate VDC policies and strategies throughout all departments. * Develop and manage VDC metrics across corporate departments and projects to measure success of various VDC initiatives.QualificationsEducation and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or Civil Engineering.* 3 - 5 years of experience with VDC initiatives and projects. * Mastery of model creation to support various phases of a project in multitude of software platforms. * Knowledge of the various design phases and the work/information required to complete each.* A strong understating of construction workflows, production cycles and priorities. * Exhibits a high level of competency in relevant design and construction computer programs, including but not limited to:*

Autodesk BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud * Autodesk Revit + Enscape * Autodesk Navisworks + Infraworks * Various Rendering Platforms (Lumion, 3DS MAX, Unreal Engine, Etc.)* Ability to handle multiple, on-going complex projects and to be able to prioritize each projects needs to fulfill project requirements. * Enjoys mentoring, training, and supporting project team members across multiple projects to help each team member achieve maximum potential. * Available to travel to regional offices to coordinate, and implement Corporate VDC initiatives.Desired Traits: * Highly collaborative and demonstrated excellence with customer service mindset * Proven construction risk management skills and problem-solving. * Self-starter who is detail-oriented and accurate. * Open minded and an easily adaptable in a quickly changing environment. * Competent ability to learn new software programs and train others * Innovative and futurist thinking.Working Conditions:Spend much of their time working in an office environment or at a project-specific job trailer.
