  • Work as part of a Revit support team to achieve consistent results.

  • Troubleshooting day-to-day Revit issues with ISG staff.

  • Provide organizational technical support for BIM projects.

  • Implement software changes and updates as needed.

  • Enforce company drafting and modeling standards and procedures.

  • Create and manage standard construction details for use in multiple projects.

  • Create BIM workflows and associated documentation.

  • Test new BIM applications/software and prepare for implementation.


  • 5+ years of work experience in Revit.

  • 5+ years of production in design work, drafting or engineering.

  • Knowledge of current Revit versions and features.

  • Strong knowledge of creating and modifying Revit families, materials, and template files.

  • Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals.

  • Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed, as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

When traumatic situations occur, our staff is there to assist the individual or family with their journey of healing and recovery. Family Services cares for individuals who are isolated, abandoned or just need help developing the skills to live successfully. Family Services Housing Programs has an opportunity to hire a full-time Youth Housing Navigator/Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager to our team. This position is 40 hours a week assisting youth with accessing the Brown County Coordinated Entry System, assessing their needs and barriers', placing persons on the priority lists for services, as well as, working with youth already placed in the coordinated entry system. In addition this position would be providing ongoing case management and independent living skills training to young adults 18-24 and assisting youth in accessing resources and services in the community and being a liaison for youth. Applicants must understand and be willing to implement Housing First, Positive Youth Development, and Trauma Informed Care models into their work. Applicants must have experience working with a diverse population and understand the needs and dynamics of youth. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and/or experience in providing homeless services. Must be strong in developing and maintaining community relationships, working independently, maintaining documentation, building reports for funder, and a flexible schedule.
